# SylphSpeak

> SylphSpeak is a type-to-speech desktop app for Windows and macOS: a mic you type into. You type a line, and SylphSpeak speaks it through a virtual microphone, so people in Discord, games, calls, and streams hear it as your voice. It is built for live typing, with an in-game overlay so you can speak without alt-tabbing. It suits people who can't or don't want to go on mic, including mute, selectively mute, and nonverbal users.

SylphSpeak is made by SabotenAI (https://sabotenai.com), a software studio. Plans are Pro at $15/month and Ultra at $25/month; see the pricing page for current details.
